Ford Essential Service

Payment Assist allows you to spread the cost of your aftersales invoice interest free with no extra fees.

It allows you to pay your servicing, maintenance, replacement tyres and MOT repair costs over a four, six or nine-month period at no additional cost, making payment more manageable.

There's no credit check involved, and can be set up at the dealership or remotely over the phone. When it's time to pay your invoice, simply let your service advisor know that you'd like to pay through Payment Assist, and they'll take care of it for you.
 

How does Payment Assist work?

Payment Assist consists of three easy steps:

  • 1. Ask to use Payment Assist - When you receive your invoice which, for example, is for £400, simply ask to pay using Payment Assist.
  • 2. Pay an Initial Instalment - Once your payment plan is set up, you'll pay an initial instalment, in this case it would be £100.
  • 3. Easy Monthly Payments - You'll then pay a further £100 per month for another three months with no additional fees.

Ford Scheduled Service

Ford Scheduled Service intervals are specifically tailored to your vehicle type, engine and transmission based on your vehicle's age and mileage, developed and recommended by our expert engineers and carried out by our Ford-trained technicians. Regular servicing means you can minimise the risk of major repair expenses, as well as maintaining the efficiency of your Ford by improving fuel economy, and maintaining the manufacturer's warranty. And if you decide to sell your vehicle, a full service history will enhance its value.   • Ford Video Check
  • Oil and filter change
  • Air or pollen filter change
  • All the essential checks and top-ups

Ford Express Service

Our Ford Express Service is specifically designed to help you save time, as two Ford-trained technicians team up and carry out a Scheduled* or Essential Service on your car or commercial vehicle. The service is completed in one hour, meaning you can benefit from our quickest service yet, and if you want to wait with us you can enjoy some of the benefits we offer, including free WiFi and coffee. Book online now and arrange Collection & Delivery if you don’t want to leave the comfort of your own home, or arrange a Ford Mobile Service by contacting your local participating dealer, and we’ll come to you. All service and repair work comes with a free Ford Video Check, and you can even pay over the phone or online, providing you with convenience and reassurance.

Ford Service Activated Roadside Assistance

Every new Ford passenger car and commercial vehicle comes with 12 months free Ford Assistance, a roadside rescue, repair and recovery service that helps you at home or anywhere in Europe, seven days a week, 365 days a year. But did you know you can renew this with a Ford Scheduled Service or Convenience Check at a participating Ford Dealer? That means you’ll receive UK & European Roadside Assistance valid from the date of service for 12 months, or until the next service is due, whichever comes first. That’s on top of expert service specifically tailored to your vehicle needs from Ford-trained Technicians using genuine Ford parts.
